Important: The 100% Job Assurance / Placement Commitment applies only to students who successfully fulfill every mandatory eligibility criterion and actively participate in the complete placement process.

Students must consistently meet the following requirements throughout the training and placement journey.

Assignments & Task Completion

Students are expected to demonstrate consistency, discipline and genuine effort throughout the course.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the specified deadline.
  • Demonstrate genuine individual effort and understanding.
  • Repeated late submissions may affect placement eligibility.
  • Complete the minimum number of assignments specified by the training team.
  • Practical assignments must meet required quality standards.
  • Complete necessary corrections based on feedback.
Assignment Completion: Minimum 90%

Project Completion

Every student must successfully complete the assigned Capstone / Major Project before becoming eligible for placement.

Project Requirements
  • Complete the project within the given timeline.
  • Follow the prescribed project guidelines.
  • Demonstrate practical application of course concepts.
  • Submit proper project documentation / report.
  • Complete project presentation or viva, if applicable.
  • Implement improvements based on trainer / mentor feedback.
  • The project must represent the student's genuine work.
Project Completion: 100% Mandatory

Attendance & Discipline

Regular attendance and professional discipline are essential components of placement readiness.

Minimum Attendance Requirement
  • Maintain the required attendance percentage.
  • Attend classes regularly.
  • Be punctual and participate actively.
  • Attend practical and project sessions.
  • Attend placement preparation sessions.
  • Inform management / trainer in genuine emergencies.
Required Attendance: 90%–95%+

Final Course Examination

Every student must appear for a final course examination at the completion of the program.

  • Course-specific skills.
Minimum Passing: 90% or above
Reassessment

Students who do not achieve the required score may be provided an opportunity for improvement / reassessment, subject to the institute's policy.

Final Interview / Mock Interview

Students must successfully complete the final interview assessment conducted at the end of the program.

Placement eligibility also depends on professional conduct throughout the training and recruitment process.

  • Maintain professional behaviour with trainers, mentors and staff.
  • Attend scheduled placement sessions and interviews.
  • Respond to placement-related communication on time.
  • Maintain an updated resume.
  • Attend recruiter interviews when shortlisted.
  • Follow interview and recruitment instructions.
  • Provide genuine and accurate information in applications.
