Refer & Earn – Terms & Conditions
We keep this program simple and fair for everyone. Please read these points carefully so there is no confusion later.
Eligibility & Valid Referrals
- Any current or past CognitiaX AI learner can participate in the Refer & Earn program.
- A referral is considered valid only when the referred learner enrolls using your registered mobile number / referral details given to our counsellor.
- Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not eligible for rewards.
- If two people refer the same learner, the reward will be given to the referrer whose details were recorded first in our CRM.
Fair Use & Transparency
- Your referral will never be charged extra because you referred them. Course fee remains the same for all learners.
- Spamming, misleading promotions, or misrepresenting CognitiaX AI is not allowed. Such referrals may be rejected.
- The program is designed to reward genuine referrals of interested learners, not bulk or fake leads.
Payout & Fee Milestone
- You earn 10% of the total course fees (before discounts, including GST where applicable).
- The referral reward becomes eligible only after the referred learner has paid at least 45% of the total course fees through registration amount and/or EMIs.
- Rewards are usually processed within 7–10 working days after the 45% payment milestone is confirmed by our finance team.
- Payouts are made via UPI or bank transfer to the details you share with our team. You are responsible for providing correct bank / UPI information.
Program Changes & Disclaimers
- CognitiaX AI reserves the right to modify, pause or stop the Refer & Earn program at any time for new referrals.
- In case of fee refunds, cancellations or fraud, any pending referral rewards for that learner may be cancelled.
- For any disputes, CognitiaX AI’s internal records and decision will be final. However, we'll always try to keep things fair and transparent.
