Placement Guarantee System

1. Attendance Rule

• Minimum 90–95% attendance is mandatory.
• Missing beyond the limit will make the student ineligible.
• Ensures seriousness and commitment.

2. Assessment Criteria

• Students must clear all module tests.
• Minimum 70–80% score required.
• Limited re-attempts allowed.

3. Project Completion

• Must complete 2–3 real-world projects.
• Power BI dashboard required.
• End-to-end data project required.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.

4. Mock Interview Requirement

• Must attend 3–5 mock interviews.
• Skipping interviews leads to disqualification.
• Ensures interview readiness.

5. Resume & Profile Optimization

• Use institute-approved resume format.
• LinkedIn profile completion is mandatory.
• Portfolio / GitHub required.

6. Job Application Rule

• Apply to minimum 10–15 jobs per week.
• Applications must be tracked.
• Not applying leads to ineligibility.

7. Time Commitment Clause

• Placement support valid for 3–6 months.
• Support ends after this period.

8. Behavior & Discipline

• Misconduct or inactivity leads to disqualification.
• Lack of seriousness = no guarantee.

9. Location & Salary Flexibility

• Must be flexible with location (PAN India / Remote).
• Entry-level salary acceptance required.

10. Guarantee Condition

• Eligible students may receive extended support.
• Direct refund is not guaranteed.

11. Daily Practice Rule

• Minimum 2–3 hours daily practice required.
• Tracked via LMS or assignments.

12. Weekly Progress Tracking

• Weekly progress report submission required.
• Includes learning, tasks, and challenges.

13. Portfolio Quality Check

• Portfolio must be mentor-approved.
• Poor quality work leads to disqualification.

14. Recorded Task Submission

• Video explanation of projects is mandatory.
• Ensures real understanding.

15. Live Assignment Rule

• Live case studies must be completed.
• Non-performance leads to filtering.

16. Interview Availability Rule

• Must attend interviews within 24–48 hours.
• Missing interviews leads to disqualification.

17. Rejection Handling Rule

• Must attend minimum 5–10 interviews.
• Refusing interviews leads to ineligibility.

18. Consistency Rule

• No learning gap beyond 5–7 days allowed.
• Long breaks lead to disqualification.

19. Performance Tier System

• Gold – Priority placement support.
• Silver – Standard support.
• Basic – Limited support.

20. Specialization Completion

• At least one specialization must be completed.
• Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Python.

21. Real Client Project

• Must complete one real or simulated client project.
• Ensures real-world experience.
